Race Pack Collection
All race packs must be collected prior to the event at one of the times and locations shown below or alternatively organise to have your pack posted out.
Photo ID or Registration Confirmation is required (a friend can collect on your behalf with a copy of your registration email)
Event Week Race Pack Collection – Alexandra Headlands Surf Life Saving Club Function Room (entry via Buhk Park, Northern end of SLSC)
- Friday August 13, 1pm-6pm
- Saturday August 14, 10am – 4pm
- Please note specific times will be allocated per distance to minimise the crowd. These will be released closer to the event date.
Race Pack Mail Out Option
In 2021, race pack mail outs will be possible for a $10 postage fee. During the registration process please select ‘Bib Postage’. This will be offered up until midnight 16 July, 2021. Your bib will be mailed to the address you input into the registration system. Please note bibs will only be mailed to Australian addresses. To collect your race day merchandise please come to the Merchandise tent after your event at the event precinct on race day. Merchandise will need to be collected at the event only, no merchandise will be mailed out after race day.
