How do I get my Race Bib?

Bib Mail Out Option

Your race bib can be mailed to you. Just select the “Bib Postage” option during Registration.

If you forgot to choose that option you still can via our MyActive web portal. The steps are:

  1. Go to our Sunshine Coast Event Web Portal and log in.
  2. Find our event and select Purchase Merchandise.
  3. You will be able to add Bib Postage to your entry. The fee to mail out your Bib is $15.

If you purchased bib postage you will receive your bib in the mail on or before Thursday 7th October.

If you have not received your bib by this date please come to see us at the Transfer Desk at Registration on Friday 8th October or Saturday 9th October.

Please note bib postage is offered up until 5pm on Friday 24th September, 2021. After that time we cannot offer to post your Bib to you and you must collect your Bib. It must be collected on Friday 8th October or Saturday 9th October from the Registration Desk at the Race Precinct (see details below).

Please note bibs will only be mailed to Australian addresses.

Strictly no bib collections on race day.

Bib Collection Option

If you do not opt to have your race bib mailed to you, it must be collected from the Registration Desk at Race Precinct prior to race day.

  • Bring your Registration Confirmation with your printed QCode
  • a friend can collect on your behalf with a copy of your registration email

How do I get my pre ordered Merchandise?

Pre ordered merchandise will be available for collection from the Merchandise Store at the times below:

• Friday October 8, 1pm – 6pm
• Saturday October 9, 10am – 4pm
• Sunday October 10, 6:30am – 12:30pm

Merchandise must be collected at the event.

No merchandise will be mailed out prior to or after race day.
